License Activation Failure Troubleshooting Guide

License activation failed or no license key after payment? This guide helps you troubleshoot common issues step by step.

1. Confirm Payment Status

First confirm that your payment was actually successful. Open the order status page shown after payment to check if the order status is "paid" or "fulfilled". For Alipay or WeChat Pay, you can also check transaction records in the respective payment app.

2. License Key Format

The license key format is TCP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (starting with TCP-, 5 alphanumeric characters per group). Copy it completely without missing the TCP- prefix. Note that letter O and digit 0 can be confused; license keys do not contain the letter O.

3. Common Activation Failure Causes

1. Incomplete license key or extra spaces. 2. License key has expired. 3. Device limit exceeded (default 1 device). 4. Network connection issue, unable to reach the license server. 5. Plugin version too old, incompatible with current license protocol.
