Refund policy for TransCraft Copilot plugin purchases.

Refund window

For first-time purchases, request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the plugin cannot be installed, activated, or used as described after reasonable troubleshooting.

Always eligible cases

Duplicate payments, failed license delivery, a confirmed major compatibility issue, or an accidental renewal reported promptly are eligible for review and refund where the order can be verified.

Cases usually not eligible

Refunds are usually not available after substantial use, after license sharing or abuse, or for model-provider fees charged outside TransCraft.

How to request a refund

Email stevenash120@gmail.com with the order email, order number, plan, license key if available, and a short description of the issue. Taobao purchases can also be handled through Taobao order chat.

Processing method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment channel where possible. Paddle orders are processed through Paddle; Taobao orders follow Taobao platform rules.
